How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse vary depending on the shipping destination. Our suppliers come from all over the world such as Merchize, Lionnix, Custom Cat… Some address of our suppliers:

– Merchize headquarter is in 24 Nguyen Co Thach, Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi 100000, Vietnam.

– Lionnix headquarter is in 3 floor, Summer building – Gold Season, 47 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, Vietnam.

– Custom Cat’s main address is 1300 Rosa Parks Blvd. Detroit, MI 48324, US.

All order will be shipped by DHL, ePacket, 4PX, Yun Express, … depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

  • For the rest of the world: $6.99.
  • Free Shipping for all order over $100.

How long does shipping take?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days after purchase. Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.

Will I be charged Vat Taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have
shipped.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
